  BILLING PROCESS
           
  Q: What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when
       am I billed?
  A: Maslov Jewels Online accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN
       EXPRESS and PAYPAL. Please be aware that once we receive
       credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days
       depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending
       institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify
       with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals
       on your card. Maslov Jewels reserves the right to request additional
       identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or
       telephone.

  Q: If I don't already have a PayPal account, how can I get one to use on
       maslovjewels.com?
  A: You can register for a PayPal account by visiting www.paypal.com 
       and clicking on the 'Sign Up' button at the top of the page. After you
       complete the registration form, PayPal will send you a confirmation
       email. It will contain instructions to complete the registration process.
       Once your PayPal account has been created, you can use it to pay for
       products at maslovjewels.com.

  SALES TAX

  Q: Why do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
  A: Maslov Jewels is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped
       to New York. Sales tax does not apply to orders shipped to addresses
       in other states.

  SHIPPING OPTIONS

  Q: What shipping options are available?
  A: Once you have placed your order and decide to checkout, you will be
       taken to a page where you can choose the shipping option that suits
       you best.

  SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

  Q: When is my order shipped?
  A: Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through
       Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and
       shipped within one business day. Please allow for an average of
       one additional business day for processing. For expedited shipping,
       orders must be made before 12:00pm Eastern time to guarantee that
       your order is processed same day. If your shipping information does
       not match your billing information, there may be a delay in order
       processing. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review,
       including credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this
       may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is
       greatly appreciated. Business days are limited to M-F 9:00 a.m. to
       5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. No Saturday or Sunday
       deliveries. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the
       chosen shipping method.

  SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

  Q: Can I ship an order to a P.O. box?
  A: No. We can no longer ship to P.O. Boxes. However, orders shipped to
       A.P.O. or F.P.O., boxes within the United States are automatically
       shipped via USPS Ground.

  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  Q: Can I ship an order to a foreign country?
  A: At this time, Maslov Jewels Online can only ship orders to addresses
       located within the 48 continental United States as well as Alaska and
       Hawaii.

  SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

  Q: Can I ship an order to multiple addresses? 
  A: If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you
       will have to place separate online orders for each destination, or
       place your order by phone at +1-855-2-MASLOV (627568).
