  Q: Where does Maslov Jewels Online accept orders from?
  A: We are able to accept orders within the 48 continental United States as
       well as Alaska and Hawaii.

  ORDER CONFIRMATION
  Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed?
  A: If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process,
      you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first
      confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you your
      order has shipped and contains your Maslov Jewels order tracking
      number.

  CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
  Q: Can I make changes to my online order?
  A: Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and
       efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer  
       cancel or modify your order. Please see our return policy for
       additional information.

  SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES
  Q: When is my order shipped?
  A: Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through
       Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and
       shipped within one business day. Once an order has processed,
       delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

 TRACKING YOUR ORDER
  Q: How can I track the status of my order?
  A: Your Maslov Jewel tracking number will be included in your shipment
       confirmation email.

  OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
  Q: What if I place an order and Maslov Jewels doesn't have the item in
       stock?
  A: While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock,
       occasionally we run out of certain items. We will contact you if an
       item is our of stock to determine whether you wish to back order,
       replace or cancel your order.

  Price Adjustment Policy
  As a courtesy, we offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is reduced
  within 14 days from the purchase date. Simply call Customer Care at

   send an email request for reimbursement of the price difference.
   Price adjustments will only be honored on items purchased at the full
   retail price, and will be credited back in the original form of payment.
