RETURN POLICY Q: Not exactly what you wanted? A: While we take pride in every Maslov Jewel product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we’ll assist you with a prompt return. Maslov Jewel gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced merchandise for up to thirty days after purchase date. Unfortunately, pierced jewelry are final sales unless defective. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. RETURNS Q: How can I return or exchange merchandise ordered from maslovjewels.com? A: In order to initiate a return, simply email customercare@maslovjewels.com for instructions. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. Make sure the returned item includes the jewelry box, MJ certificate and is carefully wrapped. Please get a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost returns coming back to our warehouse.
